ShadowClash – Privacy Policy

ShadowClash is a VPN client application for managing and using proxy/VPN configurations (such as Xray/V2Ray-style profiles). This Privacy Policy explains how ShadowClash handles your information.

ShadowClash is developed and operated by FUZZYPN COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Information We Do Not Collect

ShadowClash is designed to process your VPN configuration locally on your device.

We do not:

• Collect or store your browsing history, traffic content, DNS queries, or destination websites.
• Collect or store your IP address, connection timestamps, or bandwidth usage on our own servers.
• Collect your name, physical address, or payment information.
• Sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

2. Configuration and Subscription Data

To work, ShadowClash uses VPN/proxy configuration files or subscription URLs that you provide (for example, from your VPN/service provider).

These configurations may contain server addresses, ports, and authentication credentials. ShadowClash handles this data as follows:

• Configuration data is stored locally on your device in application storage, or encrypted where applicable.
• Configuration data is used only to establish and manage VPN/proxy connections as configured by you.
• We do not upload your configuration files or subscription URLs to our own servers.

Please note that your chosen VPN / proxy / subscription provider may have its own privacy policy and logging practices. We do not control how those third‑party providers handle your data.

3. Network Communication

When you use ShadowClash, network traffic is routed according to your configuration (for example, through Xray/V2Ray-style nodes). This traffic flows between your device and the VPN/proxy servers you choose.

In this process:

• ShadowClash runs a local VPN/proxy client on your device to connect to the servers defined in your configuration.
• We do not operate those servers and do not inspect the content of your encrypted traffic.
• Any logging or retention of traffic on those servers is governed by your VPN/proxy provider.

4. Diagnostic and Crash Information

ShadowClash may collect limited, non‑personal diagnostic information in order to improve app stability and performance. This may include:

• Platform and OS version (for example, iOS version).
• App version and basic technical error information (crash logs, error codes).

This information does not include the contents of your network traffic or your configuration secrets (such as passwords or tokens). Where Apple’s system services (such as Apple crash reporting) are used, the data is handled under Apple’s own privacy policy.

5. Third‑Party Services

ShadowClash does not include third‑party advertising SDKs. If we use third‑party services in the future (for example, analytics or crash reporting), we will limit them to technical and usage information only and will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

6. Data Retention

Configuration data is stored locally on your device and is retained for as long as you keep the profile in the app. You can delete profiles at any time from within the app, which removes the corresponding local data.

Any diagnostic logs, if collected, are retained only as long as necessary to investigate and resolve technical issues.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect local data stored by the app on your device. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for safeguarding your device, configuration files, and subscription URLs (including any tokens or credentials).

8. Children’s Privacy

ShadowClash is not designed for and should not be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ShadowClash after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
